Study on the Influencing Factors of Knowledge Sharing in Supply Chain
At present, with the development of knowledge based economy, knowledge is increasingly becoming important resource of enterprises to maintain a competitive advantage and sustainable development. The member enterprises of supply chain have heterogeneous and complementary resources, knowledge sharing effectivly in supply chain has become one important way of improving supply chain overall operational efficiency and gaining competitive advantage. There are many influencing factors of knowledge sharing in supply chain. In this paper, we discuss the imprtant influencing factors from five aspects: knowledgesharing platform, enterprise organizational structure, corporate culture, trust among enterprises and knowledge market in supply chain. It pointed out that we must build effective knowledge sharing platform , improve their organizational structure, shape the knowledge sharing culture, enhance the trust and cooperation among enterprises and build a perfect knowledge market in supply chain.
