The thesis abides by the principle of systematicness and sustainable development, Apply of system engineering and theory of process matching, make a study on matching between the key problems of System Strategy, enterprise strategy and process strategy etc. Make software system and the enterprise development strategy synchronal. Improve accuracy and feasibility in the process of knowledge administration achievement direction enterprise decision; Reach the target of software project sustainable development ultimately.
