The Principle and Decoupling Control of an Innovative Three-pole AC Magnetic Bearing

The configuration and working principle of a innovative three-ploe AC magnetic bearing is introduced, and the mathematical models of the suspension forces are deduced. Aiming at the coupling identity of the mathematical model, a pseudo-linear model is given based on the inverse system method. Then internal model control(IMC) method is applied to synthesize the pseudo linear system. The simulation experiments show that the rotor can be suspended steadily and the whole control system has good dynamic and static performance and has good robustness.
