FEA of Stator of the Equal Wall Thickness of the Multi-thread Screw Drilling Tool
Two-dimensional planar modeling of stator of both traditional Screw drilling tool and the equal wall thickness of rubber of Screw drilling tool is set up with the 3D design software. Finite element analyzing modeling is set up as well, at uniformity pressure of inner surface of the stator rubber, regularities of distribution of the stress, the strain and the displacement are analyzed. And the results show that in the same pressure the equal wall thickness bush has a better anti deformation capacity than traditional bush, in the same amount of interference, the equal wall thickness bush have a better sealed capacity. In the same torque, the length of equal wall thickness stator of screw drill can be shortened, the changes of the relative displacement of equal wall thickness of rubber bush inner surface is small, which makes uniformity interference fit between the rotor and the stator, and enhances screw drills working performance.
