Fuzzy Intelligent Control for Ore-giving System of Grinding Classification

Based on automation project of Daping oredressing plant in Yunnan province, the application of fuzzy control to the ore-giving system of grinding classification is introduced. The system uses scheme of combining fuzzy control with PID control Fuzzy control of ore-giving setting value is realized by measuring mill current and adopting two-dimension fuzzy controller. Fuzzy control algorithm and control rule of oregiving setting value is suggested. The flowchart of software design is given. The intelligent PID controller is designed to implement stable ore-giving. The result indicates the method avoids the problem of over-load and under-load, improves effect and stables parameters.
