IEC 60870-5-101 Protocol Based Voltage Detector Data Communication

摘要：

In this paper, the IEC 60870-5-101telecontrol communication protocols is briefly described. Meanwhile, its application in voltage detector data communication is illustrated in detail. By analyzing the frame format and taking Visual C＃ as developing tool, voltage detector data communication system is developed. Now this system has been running successfully.
