MODEL OF FREQUENCY CHARACTERISTICS OF CAPACITIVE ACCELEROMETERS
Frequency characteristics (FC) of capacitive integral accelerometers is mostly determined by processes of mechanicacoustic interaction between travelling system and thin air interelectrode clearance. FMC calculation and optimization of such accelerometers is a very difficult multiparametral problem, that is convenient to solve by the method of modeling.
