Programming Innovation of BIW with Flexible Manufacturing--Flexibility of Workshop Instead of Line

摘要：

To the disadvantages of the body-in-white (BIW) product line with the flexible of line of vehicle, there had been the programming innova tion with the N+I main line in the workshop of SAIC-GM-Wuling Automobile Co., Ltd.(SGMW). This paper gave the research on the low-cost and high-benefit characteristics of the N+I Product Programming Mode, the significant performances on market and the promotion of concept of N+I innovation to other factories and workshops of SGMW.
