Research on Moisture Content Measurement of Fabric Based on Microwave Transmission

摘要：

In order to detect the moisture content of fabric quickly and accurately, an on-line measurement system based on microwave transmission principle was designed for measuring moisture content of fabric, which achieve the moisture content of the fabric on-line nondestructive testing. Focused on the measurement principle and method, using least square method fitting a straight line to obtain calibration curve. Experimental results show that the system is effective for measuring moisture content of 30％ to 70％ of the fabric;The measurement accuracy is higher than ± 1％.
