Research on the forming pressure influencing to properties of friction materials
Low-temperature cementing and friction material which is developed has been analysed through experiment in this paper. Under other same conditions, the key parameters at the process of froming have been studied in an experimental and theoretical way. And the variation of friction coefficient and wear rate of it after forming and the best control parameters, which play an important and guiding role in the development and production and experimental analysis of fricition materials, have been discovered.
