Research on Vibration Source and Transfer Path for Power Section of Low Turbulence Wind Tunnel
According to reconstruction requirements, dynamic spectrum measurement and analysis system is built to test the vibration of power sections each component. By discussing the results of different combinations, the vibration law of various components changing with motor speed is studied. Both the relationship between vibration and transmission path of wind tunnels power section and the effect of measures such as split support and shock absorption zone on reducing vibration transfer are quantificationai analyzed. Studies show that components processing and installation of low turbulence wind tunnels power segment comply with the expected vibration design indicators. High precision characteristic of this test system is suitable to vibration and noise spectrum measurement, and can be used for analysis in components or model tests for similar low-speed wind tunnels.
