The Tool Path Planning of the Whirlwind Envelope Milling the Extrusion Screw

摘要：

Screw is the key mechanism of the extruder machine, and the screw manufacturing level determines the level of rubber and plastics manufacturing machine. Here,based on the character of the extrusion screw, it is studied in detail the principle and the technical route of milling the extrusion screw by whirlwind envelope, and established the tool path planning of the whirlwind envelope milling the extrusion screw. This technology provides a new way to the extrusion screw manufacturing.
