A Study on the City Spirit and Appraisal Criterions of the Leisure Capital
Economic strength is not a prerequisite to decide whether a city can become the leisure capital. In fact, recreational culture is the spirit of leisure capital. The popular leisure situation of collective unconsciousness should be the vital measure of leisure capital, and the popular leisure spirit of collective unconsciousness should be the city spirit of leisure capital. To begin with, the leisure capital should be a leisure paradise of local inhabitants, and then a famous leisure resort of visitors from other cities and towns. The true leisure capital is neither be appraised, nor bragged, nor constructed, but be discovered and be universally recognized.
