Study on Optimizing Tourist Service Quality Based on QFD Theory

In order to optimize and improve tourist service of tourism companies, the paper adopts Quality House Technology to transform tourists demands into a service quality factor for tourism companies. The paper prepares design and plan for tourist service quality, summarizes the key points for improvement of touris+ service quality and optimizes the services accordingly to improve tourists satisfaction and achieve win-win situation for both tourism companies and tourists.
