The Construction of Early Crisis Warning Management System of Tourist Industry of Henan Province

摘要：

This text is aimed at inquiring into on the crisis and the foundation of the basic concept of crisis management, and the angle from crisis basic characteristic has been expounded the intension of tourist industry crisis management. Having analyzed the present situation of tourist industry management of Henan province. The four grades organizations and three intercross management method and the five stages of crisis early warning system implementation process of Henan province have been given out. The tour crisis management warning system and tour crisis management early warning system model has been worked out. The theory method of tour crisis early warning and reply of Henan province has been schemed out.
