Tour Guide Management: Elementary Perspective on the Employment Steering——And Some Mistakes in Employment Steering on Tourism and Other Service Industry

摘要：

By clarifying the mistakes in the employment-steering of service industries (including tourism), the article gives an economic analysis on current status of employment of tourism industries from production elementary perspective. It elaborates the fact that tour guide services are not labor-intensive in nature, and can not accumulate large amount of employment. Likewise, many other industries of services have large requirement on human capital. The macro employment policy maker must be very careful.
