Study on the Implementation of Incentive Travel in Universities

摘要：

By giving definition of incentive travel and studying the current situation of it, this thesis suggests colleges and universities should adopt incentive travel as a new means to motivate the staff. The following thorough analysis demonstrates the significance of incentive travel; it could expand the positive influence of academic spirit, relieve pressure from teachers and effectively reduce the cost of incentives born by universities. Nonetheless, the implementation of incentive travel in colleges and universities hasnt drawn much attention, and the shortage of incentive travel products designed for university teachers still remains a big problem.
