The study of Uygur handwriting recognizing system

摘要：

In the Uighur-handwriting recognition system, can not be accurate partition and process for signs is one of the important reasons of errors and low efficiency of running the system. This paper first to introduce domestic and foreign research progress; The second step, to discuss the characteristics of the Uighur characters and classification; The third step, bewrite the working principle, technologies and methods to solve the problem of the Uygur handwriting recognizing system; final statements to address the user interface and the major functions of the system.
