A Study on the Combination Patterns of Total Rewards Elements for the Corporation Employee
The motivation of the traditional compensation system on the employees is dried up day by day, and the Total Rewards system is gradually emerging.In our present work,the elements of Total Rewards were firstly summed up based on investigating and referring some scholarsstandpoints. Then,they were divided into economic compensation elements and non-economic compensation elements.Thereafter,factor analysis was performed on both of them.Finally,the combination patterns of Total Rewards elements were concluded as following:family-oriented security and type,family-oriented and risk type,career-development and risk type,career-development and security type and the medium type.
