摘要：

The level of High-Tech Industry can reflect the countrys potential competitive ability.How to promote the competitive ability are getting got more and more attention.In this paper we will investigate the influence of innovative factors, including(neo)economic geographic factor,and government policy. Result shows that the regional High-Tech Industry clustering takes a large influence the on innovation.
