Research of Incentive Mechanism for Developing of Human Resource of Marine Science and Technology

摘要：

Competition in oceanic industry depends on science and technology and its critical point is talents, Human resource is the most important principal and resource. Based on exploration of the concept for human resource development and invigoration of marine science and technology, this paper analyzes elements which exert influence on forming of incentive mechanism during developing of human resource of marine science and technology and proposes four major incentive mechanisms for promoting development of human resource of marine science and technology,i.e., academic incentive mechanism, environment incentive mechanism, emotion incentive mechanism and distribution incentive mechanism on basis of description of concepts of developing of human resource of marine science and technology and incentive mechanism.
