Study on the Dynamic Monitoring System of R&D Industry

摘要：

Based on the analysis of articles on the development of R&D industry, the framework of dynamic monitoring system for R&D industry is proposed, including quantitative monitoring by the development of cycle index system and qualitative monitoring by combining technology roadmap. Then the steps to realize the above framework are introduced in detail. Additionally,difficulties or limitations in the monitoring system are discussed respectively.
