The Exploring on Construction Project Target Control

摘要：

Resting on the control system of quality, time and cost objectives in the construction engineering, this article focuses on the competition pattern of current construction market and the target management of building project. To promote the development of modern project management and improve the enterprise economic benefits, the mathematic model and concrete thought for computer program using of three objects control are presented in this paper, which starts from the system of object characteristic, based on the basis of systems engineering and control theory, the criterion of standardized project and the mainline of three objects control.
