Optimal Strategy of Energy Production in China Based on Bi-GDEA

The output and inputs of energy production have become increasingly important for rapid developing China. In this paper the optimal strategy of energy production is studied based on Bi-GDEA. Using 1995-2007 data inefficiency and optimal strategy of energy production are identified and presented as follows:1.The energy production in 2007 does not a good decision in China since it induces the inefficiency of energy production at 2005 and 2006 within the efficient energy production framework.2.An alternative optimal strategy of inputs and output in 2008 is presented through reallocation inputs and output of energy production in 2007. The innovation of this article is that we not only identify efficiency or inefficiency of energy production as same as previous researches, but also establish a optimal strategy which has characteristic of sustainable efficiency.
