A automatic accurate target tracking algorithm based on the infrared image
based on the traditional mean-shift tracking algorithm, this paper applies the method of Collins which combined the mean-shift tracking algorithm with the scale-space to settle the handicap of tracking objects while scale changes. Aimed at the character of the infrared image, a improved target modeling method is presented and the kalman filter is also applied to improve the system performance.
