Design and Simulation of a Lock-in Amplifier Based on Simplorer
Lock-in amplifiers are of great practical values in that they can extract weak signals from extremely noisy environment However, traditional lock-in amplifiers fail in making the phase of reference signals track the phase of input signals automatically, a Simplorer-based lock-in amplifier, therefore, was designed and simuiated to tackle this problem. This lock-in amplifier enabled the two phases keep consistent with each other and thus achieved the function of cross-correlation detection. Consequently, it showed better performance in lessening noises and enhanced the function of extracting weak signals from intense noises, and by processing these signals, the desirable signal could be obtained.
