The Emergence of Network-oriented Administration in Fisheries and Its Implication
Since the late of 20th century, with the further development of globalization and informatization and with the increasing improvement of the publics awareness of environment, more and more stakeholders have been highly concerned about marine fisheries and its administration And the power that has direct and indirect influence on the administration pattern in marine fisheries has been stronger. Consequently,network-oriented administration in fisheries has emerged and been widely accepted, in particular in developed nations and some developing nations. In this paper, we discuss the new networkoriented administration pattern and its impact to the sustainable development of marine fisberies.
