The Method of evaluating Teachers Teaching Work Based on AHP and Fuzzy Theory

摘要：

This paper studies the evaluating indicator of teachers teaching work of university base on the method of AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process), develops the evaluating mathematical model base on fuzzy theory ,and realizes the evaluating application software, so as to evaluate the teachers teaching quality, work achievement and scientific research ability more scientific and objective.
