The Research on Financial Risks and Countermeasures of Investors in BT Projects
In BT mode, as the investor of projects, the main risks Project Company faces are financial risks and construction risk at different stages of projects. Financial risks, which are directly related to successful recovery of projects investments and benefits, mainly include financing risk and the risk in buy-back period of projects. How to identify correctly and respond properly to financial risks is the key of Risk Management in BT Projects. This paper analyzes above risks, and puts forward related suggestions for dealing with them reasonably.
