Research on Science and Technology Innovation Promoting Structural Transformation of Chinas Trade
The exacerbation of economic crisis and the revival of protectionism have a great impact on Chinas foreign trade and cause more and more trade frictions. Unduly relied on the cheap recourses and labor, Chinas exporting advantages are disappearing and the problem of the unsound trade structure is standing out. In the existing structure, the extensive growth pattern still predominates;enterprises lacks capability of independent innovation and products has low technology contents and low added value. In order to improve this situation, the exporting industries must encourage technology and management innovation to promote the quality and competitiveness of products;enlarge input in the part of research and design;develop the system of intellectual property rights protection and accelerate the transformation of foreign trade growth from extensive pattern to intensive pattern which lay stress on quality, effect and structure optimization.
