Joint Input Cost Analysis of Public Project Based on Fuzzy Measures
Focusing on public project input system, this paper proposes the categorization of projects according to input sequences. Using the methods of fuzzy measure and Choquet integral, it analyzes the composite and joint costs of public projects, studies the relationships among set input sums for different public projects under joint condition, and finally works out a necessary and sufficient condition for two public projects not reducing the total cost under joint mode, namely, the two projects are similar projects. The methodology and findings in this study are of both theoretical and practical significance for the input composite analysis of public projects.
