Technical Basis of Logistics Industry to Provide the Universal Postal Services
The conditions concerning providing the universal postal services by logistics industry, and the existing barriers and their reasons are analyzed in this paper. Meanwhile a new idea to solve these problems through e-stamp system is suggested. The compositing word-span, component, function and dealing process of the e-stamp system are expounded in detail, and assurance measures concerning making system operated safely and reliably and the positive role of e-stamp system for speeding up the opening of postal communication market and promoting logistics industry to provide the universal postal services are discussed. After adopting the e-stamp system, it will lower the demands greatly that the enterprises need to enter the postal communications market, and it is useful to promote the productive capacity of logistics industry.
