The Study of Structural Equation Model on Public Officials of Money-laundering

摘要：

Based on designing questionnaire, this paper adopts text analysis and investigates the criminal records of 140 public officials during the year 1996 and 2008 in china. Through building the structural equation model, this paper studies the relationship between money-laundering and predicate offenses on public officials, as well as the major factors that affect the money-laundering. It is found that personal factors and environmental factors have positive correlation with the transfer of funds means, but other factors have negative correlation. Predicate offenses have positive correlation.
