Efficiency Model of Innovative Industrial Cluster Based on Entropy Theory
Innovative industrial cluster is an important driving force for innovation of a region even a nation. And the importance of its operational efficiency is selfevident. Entropy Theory is an effective tool to evaluate systematic efficiency. Meanwhile, its extremely important to select appropriate key factors that have effects on the running efficiency of the whole system. Considering characteristics of innovative industrial cluster, the paper selects three key factors that have global influence. Those are cluster structure, human capital and information. It constructs corresponding entropy models for these three factors respectively and then establishes efficiency model of the whole innovative industrial cluster using their mutual coupling.
