A Study on Quality Management System based on Customer Value

The following thesis makes a thorough analysis on the relationship between customer value and quality management system by introducing the concept of customer value management into the field of quality management. The author puts forward the idea that customer value is the goal of quality management system, while quality management system is the guarantee for customer value. Customer value directs the way for the innovation of quality management system.
