Technoloy Innovation and Imitation: a Survey about Software Outsourcing in East China
Software Outsourcing is not a new business strategy, but it is a new thing in China. Our main research task is to make clear software outsourcing by exploring outsourcing activity in east China.. According to data analysis about 119 Jiangsu software outsourcing enterprise survey, outsourcing party wants to get long-term competitivity, they must acquire the core elements. We study on outsourcing strategic element based on technology-society-government frame. By a exploring methodology including descriptive statistic analyses, we illuminate the link between technology and enterprise outsourcing.
