Generalized Survivable Network with Wavelength Continuity Constraints

摘要：

We propose a new survivable network methodology for planning a future backbone network that is required to guarantee full survivability under dynamic change of demand. We consider the capacity planning problem and find that our solution can reduce the worst case cost by more than 70％.
