Researching on Relationship between Electrical Power Market and Energy-Saving Generation Dispatch
This article analyzed the impact on existing power market transactions due to the energy-saving generation dispatch (ESGD) as well as the benefit of cooperative execution of both. After a brief introduction on condition of the power transactions and ESGD in Jiangsu province, the combined model of physical generator dispatching and financial energy settlement was introduced on which the transaction mechanism of economical compensation was designed. Furthermore, the entire power transaction progress under ESGD was explained. Finally, the necessary condition of effective power energy-saving and emission reduction via market transaction was discussed.
