Impact of Natural Disasters on Power Grid and Research on “Crisis Dispatch
The main effects of ice and snow disasters on the safe operation of power grids are summed up. The characteristics of ice and snow disasters occurred in China in recent years are analyzed. Based on these, the concept of crisis dispatch is put forward clearly for the first time. Its connotation and extension are also clearly discussed. The differences between “crisis dispatch and “normal dispatch are compared to emphasize the necessity and feasibility of crisis dispatch. Practical case is analyzed to show that the “crisis dispatch is effective for prevention and control of the impact of natural disasters on power grid.
