RESEARCH OF MARKET SOLUTION FOR ENERGY-SAVING AND POLLUTANT EMISSION REDUCING IN CHONGQING POWER GRID
The grid structure, power resources structure, load distribution of Chongqing Grid and surrounding grid are studied and analyzed. According to the objective of Chongqing energy-saving and reducing pollutant emission reducing, a market solution for energy-saving and pollutant-emission reducing in Chongqing power grid is researched and designed. And the implementation proposal in Chongqing power grid is described. In this market solution, various transactions types are developed for different operation modes and different stages based on annual difference generation schedule.
