Construction of Enterprise Personnel Recruitment Tactics Based on Person-Culture Fit

Enterprise personnel recruitment is a way to fill up vacancy positions and implement the enterprise goals. The purpose of personnel recruitment is to lead to the promotion of productivity, a successful recruitment embodies in how many applicants that the enterprise keeps, but not how many it recruits. Based on theoretical support and empirical analysis, this paper proposes that corporate culture and personnel recruitment interact each other. The construction of effective recruitment tactics is helpful for the enterprise to achieve the fit between personal characteristics and enterprise culture, enhance the competitive advantage of the enterprise, and reduce the employees turnover rate.
