Comparisons of Confucianisms Influence on Enterprise Culture between China and Korea

摘要：

Since being put forward in 1970s, enterprise culture has been proved to be an important role in enterprises success. How to cultivate a fit culture became meaningful to all the enterprises. Both China and Korea are affected by Confucianism a lot, the two countries enterprise culture are also being affected, but not in the same way. The paper first introduced the notion of enterprise culture, and then discussed relationships between enterprise culture and Confucianism. Then similarities and differences are summarized between China and Koran about how Confucianism affects their enterprise culture respectively. Finally, on the basis of comparison result, some suggestions are put forward to help the two countries to shape a fit enterprise culture.
