Problems and Measures of Family Enterprises Human Resource Management
Since reform and opening up, the rapid development of Chinas private enterprises,especially the family to be a good development of private enterprises. However, the family of the private sector in the development of talented people there are many deficiencies in the use of limited development. This article sought to family through the analysis of the private sector human resources management applications and the corresponding recommendations for improvement.
