Discussion on Establishing Corporation Culture Based on Ability-oriented Management

摘要：

The author introduces the development of human resources management and elicits the ability-oriented management at first, then analyzes deeply the relationship of ability-oriented management and corporation culture. At last, the author puts forward to and constructs the system of corporation culture based on the ability-oriented management.
