Study of Human Resource Management in Private Enterprises
Financial crisis results in much more complex problems in the field of human resource management in Chinas private enterprises. Many non-governmentally operated enterprises have to reduce the staff because of managing difficulty owing to financial crisis. In this manuscript we analyze completely this situation and questions of human resource management in non-governmentally operated enterprises in China, and correspondingly put forward some strategies and measures to strengthen human resource management.
