Study on Enhancing the Competence of Cross-cultural Human Resources Management for Chinese Internationalized Enterprises -based on comparison between Chinese culture and American culture
With the fast development of Chinas economy and the increase in Chinese enterprisescompetitiveness, more and more Chinese enterprises will expand their business and operations abroad. Based on the comparison between Chinese culture and American culture, this paper analyzes the differences in national culture and their impact on the human resources management of Chinese internationalized enterprises. To enhance the competence of cross-cultural human resources management for Chinese internationalized enterprises calls for the united efforts from the government,industry associations and the enterprises themselves. It is advisable for Chinese internationalized enterprises to face up to the cultural differences and respect the other cultures, offer cross-cultural trainings to promote effective communications among staff, and adopt the strategy of management localization.
