Comparison of Key Issues Study on Perceptions of Organizational Politics
Study of perceptions of organizational politics is an important research branch of organizational politics behavior. According to relative literature study, this paper summarized the key issues in the study of POP, reviewed and compared key issues of perception of organizational politics (POP) from its relationship with each variable: antecedent, consequent, adjusting and intermediate variables. Finally, in combination with situations in China, the paper proposed some suggestions for future research of OPB in terms of the following two aspects: study content and measuring tools, and selection of variables and methods of study, and further perfected basic framework of POP.
