Constructions of Internal Control Based on Ideas of Human-oriented Management
Good environments of internal control are the assurance to strengthen the internal control of enterprises, while the control environment is soft control , which belongs to unofficial system. Only put it under the great backgrounds of corporate culture, human resources policy, can researchers put the study to be further effective. The paper has proposed the construction of internal control based on ideas of human-oriented management. Construction of internal control based on ideas of human-oriented management wants to permeate each aspect in management and administration with cultural innovation in order to arouse staffs innovative enthusiasm and drive the innovation of internal control. This paper has analyzed the influence, which the idea of humanoriented management produces to construction of internal control expecting the innovation and completion of internal control. In the end the paper has come to the conclusion that it is essential to construct the internal control based on ideas of human-oriented management
