New Approach on Employee Self-evaluation and Expert Multilayer Performance Measurement
This paper applies the method ofempioyee selfevaluation, multilayer solicitation of opinions, expert appraisal, and puts forward the content of performance measurement scheme, considering that the enterprise should confirm the evaluation subjects according to different evaluation objects, standardize the evaluating scale for the various evaluation subjects, and establish the factor evaluation standard for performance measurement. It has concluded that the purpose of performance measurement is to motivate the employees to make progress and activate the whole enterprise to strive for better economic benefit. The innovation point of this paper is human-orientation, employee evaluation, scientific development, multilayer solicitation of opinions, comprehensive coordination, and expert appraisal.
