Research on Human Resources Management Mode of Chinas Shipping Enterprise

摘要：

In this paper, we based on shipping enterprises of the characteristics of HRM, it discusses the problems of Chinese shipping enterprises in HRM, and it analyzes the option of requesting in human resource management mode of chinas shipping enterprise. We construct of human resource management mode, such as combination of school and enterprise , co-operation between schools and enterprises mode. In this paper, we have proposed a shipping enterprise human resource management methods and measures, and come to the management of human resources evaluation index system.
